This is NOT a 'Deep Dive' book. It's just too light on content. It is NOT worth what I paid. There are multiple "chapters" that are barely a half page. There is nothing in this book that you can't easily compile|About the Author|Mitch Milam is a ten-time Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP, a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and an independent consultant specializing exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
This book dives deep into the administration aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM garnered from years of hands-on experience implementing, managing, and developing both partner and customer implementations.
